Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness classes will start you out or challenge you on your fitness journey.  Our instructors exceed training requirements and they inspire participants to achieve goals and pursue fitness in a safe and progressive manner.

 

Recognizing the various abilities of our participants and their unique needs, our classes, based on sound fitness principles, incorporate a variety of specialties based on leading edge research.

 

We offer mild, moderate and challenge classses.  Our Specialty Classes are introduced in periodized increments so your body doesn’t get a chance to adapt to the demands placed on it.  Results will occur by continually changing and challenging the way you work your body.  Group fitness is fun too!
